Covid-19

United Against Virus Protocol

United we stop the Covid

Faced with the new situation arising from COVID-19, the entire society is exposed to contracting and spreading this virus. For this reason, it is essential that each of us, as well as Room Housing, commit to and assume responsibility for complying with all the care recommended and suggested by the Ministry of Health. In Room Housing we adhere to the recommendations indicated by the Ministry of Health and on this page we will expose all the recommended actions that we follow as a company and recommend to our tenants.

Many experts have already said it! The best way to prevent this disease is by avoiding and minimizing exposure.

COVID-19 is easily spread through person-to-person contact:

COVID-19 is spread through respiratory droplets that are produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks. (These droplets can end up in the mouth, eyes or noses of those nearby and infect them)

It is very important to also emphasize that it is not necessary to feel COVID-19 symptoms to be infected or to be a spreader of it, since you can be asymptomatic and be a carrier of it without knowing it.

How to know if we have contracted this disease?

Below we show you in detail the list of the most common symptoms that have been published by the Ministry of Health. Also, an informative guide on the steps to follow in case you have suspicions of contagion.

Fever

Coughing

Feeling short of breath

Decreased smell and taste

Shaking chills

Sore throat

Headache

General weakness

Diarrhea or vomiting

Various lesions can also occur on the skin, chest, fingers and toes, without having the aforementioned symptoms.

In the most severe cases, COVID-19 could cause pneumonia, severe shortness of breath, kidney failure, or even death. It is worth mentioning that serious cases usually occur in the most vulnerable population, such as the elderly or those who suffer from chronic diseases, heart, lung or immunodeficiencies.

What to do if I have symptoms of COVID-19?

Social Isolation: The first thing Sanidad recommends is isolation. If you have a fever or cough, you should stay home, preferably in an isolated room.
